INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS:

You are responsible for booking your own flights. If you would like assistance booking your flights, please contact one of the agencies below, depending on where you will be departing from. Please note that US-based flight booking agencies can only book flights with routing through the United States. If you are flying into Rwanda from any other country, please contact Corinne Irwin for assistance.

Please book your round-trip flights to Kigali, Rwanda, according to the timeframe below.

  • Arrivals: You can arrive between Sunday, September 11 and Monday night (September 12).
  • Departures: Friday, September 16 – anytime
    Note:     You can depart as early as Thursday, September 15 after lunch (3:00 PM).

Airport Transfers: Please email Dana (dana@elevatedestinations.com) your round-trip flight itinerary so that we can arrange your private airport transfers accordingly.

Extending your travel: If you would like to arrive in Kigali before September 11th or depart after September 16, please email Dana at dana@elevatedestinations.com to arrange any extra nights of accommodation or discuss options for extending your travels in Rwanda. Please note that any extension travel beyond September 11-16 must be covered by the individual and not The END Fund.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Elevate Destinations requires that all travelers have travel and medical insurance. The END Fund’s insurance will cover team members for business travel. If you are extending your travelers before or after the retreat, we encourage you to purchase an additional policy. If you would like assistance finding a travel and medical insurance policy, we recommend contacting Yonder Travel Insurance, or another travel insurance broker of your choosing.

  • Passport & Photocopy – Please upload a copy of your passport here
  • Covid Vaccine Card (Paper & Digital Copy) – Please upload a copy of your Covid Vaccine Card here
  • Negative Covid PCR test
  • Medical Insurance Card
  • Round-Trip Flight Itinerary
  • Marriott Kigali’s Address
  • Emergency Contact List – This will be provided by Elevate Destinations closer to your departure
