PASSPORT:

Please make sure your passport is current and valid for at least 6 months beyond your trip departure date. Your passport should have at least 3 blank pages for the entry and exit stamps, or more if you are visiting several countries on this trip. Please note that the last two amendment pages are not acceptable for visas and immigration stamps.

VISA INFORMATION

Elevate Destinations will apply for your Rwandan visa on your behalf.  In order to complete this process accurately you must submit a copy of your passport to Elevate Destinations by Friday, August 5th.  You can do so by uploading your passport to this link.

  • Upon entering immigration, there will be an individual holding a sign with The END Fund logo. This person will escort you through immigration.
  • They will provide you with a visa that has been pre-paid based on the country of citizenship on your passport.
  • Once you have collected your bags and cleared customs, look for a sign with The END Fund logo. You will meet your driver and be transported to the Marriott.
