Please note that all team members are required to get a PCR test 72 hours prior to their departure. Please upload a copy of your PCR test results to this secure Dropbox Folder.
Early Arrivals: Sunday, September 11
You have the option to arrive on Sunday. Airport transfers to the Marriott will be provided based on your flight schedule.
Dinner will be on your own this evening
Early Arrivals: Monday, September 12
There will be airport transfers throughout the day, based on your flight schedule.
There will be an optional sightseeing activity in the afternoon for those wanting to explore Kigali. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner in the Marriott Gardens.

Day 1: Tuesday, September 13, 2022
This is the first official day of your team retreat. Today will be a mix of team meetings, programming and cultural activities in and around Kigali.
An all team dinner will be hosted this evening, tentatively at The Republic Restaurant.

Day 2: Wednesday, September 14, 2022
Today will be another combination of team meetings, programming, cultural activities, connecting and learning.
This evening an all team dinner will tentatively be at the Inema Art Center.

Day 3: Thursday, September 15, 2022
Today is the final day of your team retreat. After breakfast, you will regroup for this morning’s team meetings and programming. Afterwards, you will have one final lunch together.
There will be private airport transfers arranged for anyone who is departing today.
An optional sightseeing and dinner will be arranged for those who would like to join.
Overnight: Kigali Marriott Hotel
Day 4: Friday, September 16, 2022
Team members will have breakfast at the hotel this morning before departing for the airport to return home. Private airport transfers will be arranged for you, based on the time of your departure flight, whether you are flying back home or continuing your travels in Rwanda or neighboring countries.
Please keep in mind that any travel beyond September 11 – 16 is at the individual’s own expense. The END Fund will not be covering any travel outside of the team retreat.
