REGISTRATION FORM & PAYMENT DEADLINES:
To register for the trip, each individual traveler should complete our Registration Form at their earliest convenience. This allows us to easily record your vital travel information.
All travelers are also required to get a Physician’s Approval Form filled out by the registration deadline in order to be officially registered for the trip.
The registration and payment deadline for this trip is August 1, 2021. Once we receive your registration form, we will be in touch with you about your payment. Please note that 70% of the trip cost is refundable until August 15; should you need to cancel the trip. After August 19, 2021, your full payment is non-refundable. Elevate Destinations requires that participants purchase travel insurance with ‘cancel for any reason’ (CFAR) coverage, to protect the cost of your program fee, flight, and other travel-related expenses. Please review the Pre-Departure Information page for more information on travel insurance.
PRICING:
The cost of the trip is $3,285 per person for shared accommodation. For single accommodations, there is a $300 single supplement.
