Registration: To register, please complete this registration form. Each individual traveling to Ethiopia and Uganda must complete the registration form.
Payment: A 30% deposit is required upon completing a registration form, and Elevate Destinations will send travelers a separate invoice once we receive your registration form. Your remaining balance will be due 90 days before your trip (July 7, 2023) and you will receive an invoice about 2 weeks prior to this.

Important Note: While the final registration and payment deadline is July 7, a 30% deposit is required to hold your spot on this trip and confirm your reservations. Your gorilla permit cannot be secured without a deposit.

- Gratuity for hotel staff and airport transfers
Covid Vaccination
To participate in this trip, you must be fully vaccinated against Covid and up to date with any additional doses of the vaccine you are eligible for. In many cases, this means receiving at least one booster prior to travel. Travelers do not qualify for a refund for failure to get vaccinated before departure.
