INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS:
You are responsible for booking your own flights through Egencia. Please book your round-trip flights to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), according to the timeframe below.
- Arrivals: Arrive anytime on Sunday, June 9.
- There will be a welcome dinner this evening for those who have arrived. Please note that we recognize your flight may not arrive until late this night and might make it challenging to attend the dinner on Sunday, which is understandable. No additional rooms will be arranged on Saturday, June 8.
- Departures: Friday, June 14 – depart after 5:00 pm
- Please note: You will have a domestic flight from Diani to Nairobi in the morning. The latest you will arrive in Nairobi is 12:35pm at Wilson Airport. You will need time to transfer to the international airport & check in. Day rooms will be provided if you have a late departure.
Once your flight is booked, please email your round-trip flight itinerary to Yumi (yumi@elevatedestinations.com) so she can arrange your airport transfers accordingly.

Extending your travel: If you would like to arrive in Nairobi before June 9th or depart after June 14, please email Yumi at yumi@elevatedestinations.com to arrange any extra nights of accommodation or discuss options for extending your travels in Kenya. Please note that any extension travel beyond June 9-14 must be covered by the individual and not The END Fund.
MEDICAL INSURANCE:
Elevate Destinations requires that all travelers have medical insurance which covers them in Kenya. The END Fund’s insurance will cover team members for business travel. If you are extending your travels before or after the on-site, we encourage you to purchase an additional policy.
If you would like assistance finding a supplemental medical insurance policy, we recommend contacting Yonder Travel Insurance, or another travel insurance broker of your choosing.
