Barr Fellowship Learning Journey to Jordan
October 12 – 25, 2023
REGISTRATION:
Please update your important travel details by completing an abbreviated Registration Form by Wednesday, April 19, 2023.
You will need your passport with you while filling out this form.
COVID VACCINATION:
To participate on this trip, you must have received your full Covid vaccination and boosters of any additional doses you are eligible for prior to travel.
PASSPORT:
Check to see that your passport is current and valid for at least six months beyond your trip departure date (April 25th, 2024). Please upload a high-resolution, color scan of your passport to our Dropbox Folder by the registration deadline. We will need these to procure your visas to Jordan and book your international flights.
Your passport should have at least two blank pages for the entry and exit stamps, or more if you are visiting several countries on this trip. Please note that the last two amendment pages are not acceptable for visas and immigration stamps.
If you need to renew your passport passport, please apply for one by April 19, 2023. There are long delays processing requests at government offices, and you will need to have a valid passport by July 14th.

FLIGHTS TO JORDAN:
Elevate Destinations will be booking flights on your behalf. Please be advised that the itinerary we will be booking has the group:
- Thursday, October 12, 2023 – Depart from Boston to Amman, Jordan
- Wednesday, October 25, 2023 – Depart from Amman, Jordan to Boston
