Together Women Rise Journey to Indonesia

REGISTRATION & PRICING

To register, please complete a Registration Form by Friday, June 6, 2025. Please note that Together Women Rise members will have priority registering until January 31, 2025. After January 31st, any remaining spots will be made available to non-members.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot on the trip and your final balance will be due by Friday, June 6, 2025, as outlined below.

  • Total Trip Cost: $6,135
  • Single Supplement: $780
  • 30% Deposit Due at Registration: $1,840 (plus $234 for single supplement)
  • Final Payment Deadline: Friday, June 6, 2025

Note: Payment is required upon registering to hold your spot on the trip. Payments made before June 5, 2025 are refundable minus a $400 administration fee and any bank fees. Payments made on or after June 6, 2025 are non-refundable.

The main program begins on September 6 in Jakarta and ends on September 18 in Denpasar, Bali. If you would like to arrive in Indonesia early or stay after the main program, please reach out to Abbey at abbey@elevatedestinations.com to arrange any additional nights of accommodation, which will be an additional expense.

Inclusions:

  • Shared accommodation
  • Airport transfers
  • All ground transportation
  • Domestic flights
  • Sightseeing, entrance fees, and activity costs
  • Grantee and site visits
  • All meals and 2 non-alcoholic beverages at meals (except for lunch on Sept 12)
  • Drivers and local English-speaking guides throughout
  • Gratuity for guides, restaurant staff, and drivers
  • Evacuation insurance

Exclusions:

  • International round-trip flights to Indonesia
  • Visa (including the $35 application fee)
  • Mandatory Tourism Tax for Bali (about $10 US)
  • Travel and medical insurance
  • Lunch on September 12th
  • Lunch on arrival and departure day
  • Gratuity for airport transfers ($5-10 per person for each transfer), housekeeping, and hotel porters
  • Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcohol etc.)
