Together Women Rise: Journey to Cambodia

REGISTRATION

To register, please complete a Registration Form by August 2. Please note that Together Women Rise members will have priority registering until Friday, March 1.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot on the trip and your final balance will be due by August 2, 2024, as outlined below.

  • Total Trip Cost: $4,850
  • Single Supplement: $565
  • 30% Deposit due at Registration: $1,455 (plus $170 for single supplement)
  • Final Payment Deadline: August 2, 2024

The main program begins on November 7 in Siem Reap and ends on November 18 in Phnom Penh. If you would like to arrive in Cambodia early or stay after the main program, please reach out to Hailey at hailey@elevatedestinations.com to arrange any additional nights of accommodation, which will be an additional expense.

Inclusions:

  • Shared accommodation
  • Airport transfers
  • All ground transportation
  • All meals and non-alcoholic beverages at meals
  • Evacuation insurance
  • Gratuity for guides, hotel and restaurant staff, and drivers
  • Local English-speaking guides throughout
  • Sightseeing and activity costs
  • Visits to Together Women Rise’s grantees

Exclusions:

  • Gratuity for airport transfers ($5-10 per person for each transfer) and housekeeping staff
  • International round-trip flights to Cambodia
  • Lunch on arrival and departure day
  • Travel and medical insurance
  • Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcohol etc.)
  • Visa (including the $36 application fee)
PASSPORT

For U.S. passport holders, please make sure your passport is current and valid for at least 6 months beyond your trip departure date. Your passport should have at least 2 blank pages for the entry and exit stamps, or more if you are visiting several countries on this trip. Please note that the last two amendment pages are not acceptable for visas and immigration stamps.

Note that U.S. passport holders are required to obtain a visa to enter Cambodia. For more information on how to obtain your visa, see the Pre-Departure Information tab.

Please upload a scanned copy of the first page (photo page) of your passport to this secure Dropbox Folder.

If your passport expires before then, you will need to renew your passport. We recommend using A1 Passport & Visa Services. To do so, please email them at info@a1passportvisa.com and let them know you are working with Elevate Destinations on your travel arrangements.
