REGISTRATION & PRICING

To register, please complete a Registration Form  by Friday, September 13, 2024. Please note that each individual traveler, both local and international, is required to complete a registration form.

• Trip cost in single accommodation: $1,510
• Trip cost in shared accommodation (per person): $1,050
• Supplementary Costs, if requested
  • Visa on arrival and immigration fast-track service: $450 per person
    Note: This is strongly recommended. Please see more information about the visa process on the Pre-Departure Page.
  • Upgrade to Ambassador Executive Suite: For all three nights, the cost to upgrade your room is listed below. Please note that there is limited availability of the Ambassador Executive Suites. More details on the Transcorp Hilton Abuja’s room categories can be found here.
    • $1,025 for a single suite
    • $515 per person for a shared suite
• Final Payment Deadline: September 13, 2024.  Payments are non-refundable.

Refund Policy: Payment is required upon registering to hold your spot on the trip. All payments are non-refundable. 

Additional Nights of Accommodation: The main program begins on Sunday, October 20, with a Welcome Reception at 5:00 PM and ends on Wednesday, October 23 with optional afternoon sightseeing until 5:00 PM. If you would like to arrive in Abuja early or stay after the main program, please reach out to Yumi at yumi@elevatedestinations.com to extend your room reservation, which will be an additional expense.

Late Check-Out: Check-out at the Transcorp Hilton Abuja is at 12 PM. If you need a late check-out please contact Yumi to arrange that for you. Below are the hotel rates for a late check-out.

• 50% of nightly room rate is charged to check-out between 12 – 6 PM
• 100% of nightly room rate is charged to check-out anytime after 6 PM

The Transcorp Hotel is in high demand and has limited availability, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need additional nights of accommodation.

Upload Your Passport: Upon registering, you will be asked to upload a scanned copy of your passport to this secure Dropbox folder. See more information on the Pre-Departure Page.

Arrangements booked for all individuals:

• Accommodation
• Airport transfers
• All ground transportation
• All planned meals and beverages
• Evacuation insurance
• Site visits and meetings
• Sightseeing costs
• Gratuity for local operational staff, drivers, and restaurant staff

Arrangements for individuals to book, independently:

• International round-trip flights to Abuja, Nigeria
• Visa on arrival and immigration fast-track service, if requested (additional cost of $450)
• Travel and medical insurance
• Lunch on arrival and dinner on departure day
• Gratuity for airport transfers ($5-10 per person for each transfer) and housekeeping staff
• Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcohol etc.)
