REGISTRATION & PRICING

To register, please complete a Registration Form by Monday, October 28, 2024. Note that every traveler must complete a separate registration form, even if you plan to share a room with someone else on the trip.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot on the trip and your final balance will be due by October 28, as outlined below.

  • Total trip cost per person: $5,000
    • 30% Deposit Due at Registration: $1,500 (plus $150 for the single supplement)
  • Single Supplement: $500
  • Final Payment Deadline: Monday, October 28, 2024

Note: Payment is required upon registering to hold your spot on the trip. All payments are non-refundable.

The main program begins on Sunday, January 26 and ends on Saturday, February 1 in Kampala, Uganda. If you would like to arrive in Uganda early or stay after the main program, please reach out to Fiona at fiona@elevatedestinations.com to arrange any additional nights of accommodation, which will be an additional expense.

Upload Your Passport: Upon registering, you will be asked to upload a scanned copy of your passport to this secure Dropbox folder. See more information on the Pre-Departure page.

Inclusions:

  • Shared accommodation
  • Airport transfers with VIP Airport service
  • All ground transportation
  • All meals and non-alcoholic beverages at meals
  • Evacuation insurance
  • Gratuity for guides, hotel and restaurant staff, and drivers
  • Drivers and local English-speaking guides throughout
  • Sightseeing, entrance fees, & and activity costs
  • Site visits to AIA’s Centers

Exclusions:

  • International round-trip flights to Uganda
  • Uganda or East African tourist visa ($50-100 application fee)
  • Travel and medical insurance
  • Lunch on arrival and departure day
  • Gratuity for airport transfers ($5-10 per person for each transfer) and housekeeping staff
  • Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcohol etc.)
