Please note: Your flight from Morocco to Israel is included in your trip cost (economy class).
Extending Room Reservations: While the program begins on May 1, please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier and we can book you additional nights of accommodation for an extra cost, pending the hotel’s availability. We can also extend your room reservation (pending availability) in Jerusalem if you would like to stay after the main program.
Flight Booking Assistance: If you would like assistance booking your flights, please contact Yumi (firstname.lastname@example.org) to introduce you to a flight booking specialist.
Elevate Destinations requires that all travelers purchase medical insurance that covers them for $50,000 of medical expenses while in Morocco and Israel, including Covid-related expenses. If you have medical insurance that will cover you in Morocco and Israel, please email Yumi (email@example.com) with a copy of your insurance policy including your insurance provider’s emergency phone number.
Elevate Destinations highly recommends travelers purchase “Cancel for Any Reason” level of coverage insurance. Please note that all “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance policies are time-sensitive and require purchase within 1 to 21 days of making a payment for your trip. Elevate Destinations recommends that travelers evaluate the insurance options available for their needs and inquire with providers about “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance.
Below are two insurance brokers that Elevate Destinations recommends.
Guests may acquire medical insurance through Yonder, Trawick International, or any other insurance company of their choosing. If you purchase insurance with Yonder, please be sure to tell them you have booked your trip through Elevate Destinations. Elevate Destinations recommends that travelers evaluate the insurance options available for their needs and inquire with providers about insurance that will provide coverage if the trip needs to be cancelled.
Please upload a scanned copy of the first page (photo page) of your passport to this secure Dropbox Folder.
For U.S. passport holders, a visa is not required for stays of 90 days or fewer for both Morocco and Israel. Please make sure your passport is current and valid for at least 6 months beyond your trip departure date. Your passport should have at least 2 blank pages for the entry and exit stamps, or more if you are visiting several countries on this trip. Note that the last two amendment pages are not acceptable for visas and immigration stamps.
If your passport expires before August 11, 2024, you will need to renew your passport. We recommend using A1 Passport & Visa Services. To do so, please email them at firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know you are working with Elevate Destinations on your travel arrangements.
Citizens from the U.S. do not need a visa to visit Morocco or Israel.
