ARRIVAL PROCEDURES:

Upon arrival in Kathmandu at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM), a representative will be waiting for you at Immigrations. This representative will ask for your passport, your printed visa receipt, and the visa fee of $25 USD in cash, and then will return with your visa stamp. They will then accompany you through Immigrations, baggage claim, and customs, and direct you to your driver holding a sign that reads “Elevate Destinations” to be transferred to the hotel.

LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS:

We encourage you to pack light. Laundry services will be available at hotels on this trip, so you can refresh your clothes halfway through the trip. Please keep in mind the luggage restriction for the domestic flights on this trip:

• Checked bag: 25kg (55 lbs)

• Carry on: 5kg (11 lbs)*

      * the cost of extra baggage is USD $1.00 per kg (2.2 lbs)
