Note: Payment is required upon registering to hold your spot on the trip. All payments are non-refundable.
The main program begins on September 15 in Jakarta and ends on September 20 in Bali. If you would like to arrive in Jakarta early or stay after the main program in Bali, please reach out to Fiona at fiona@elevatedestinations.com to arrange any additional nights of accommodation, which will be an additional expense.
Upload Your Passport: Upon registering, you will be asked to upload a scanned copy of your passport to this secure Dropbox folder. See more information about passports on the Pre-Departure page.

Exclusions:
- International round-trip flights to Indonesia
- Indonesian Visa (including the application fee)
- Travel and medical insurance
- Cocktails at dinner
- Alcohol at any other meals outside of dinners
- Lunch on arrival day, September 15
- Dinner on departure day, September 20
- Gratuity for airport transfers ($5-10 per person for each transfer) and housekeeping staff
- Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, shopping, etc.)
