The registration deadline is March 25, 2016. Please complete the following Guest Profile before this deadline (click here). This allows us to easily record your vital travel information.

MAIN PROGRAM:
A detailed itinerary and briefing booklet will be distributed to all participants the first week in May. We will also upload a copy of these documents here.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
The Green Ribbon Commission will purchase and cover the costs of travel insurance for all participants. For more information on this policy, please contact Katherine Redington. If you would like to purchase any additional coverage after reviewing these details you are welcome to do so.

Guests may acquire travel insurance through the Travel Insurance Center or any other travel insurance company of their choosing.
PASSPORT:
Travelers should ensure that the validity of their passports extends at least six months beyond the end of their intended stay, and should have at least four blank (unstamped) visa page in their passport to enter the country. The last two amendment pages are unacceptable for immigration stamps.
VISA/TOURIST CARD:
US citizens do not require a visa to the Netherlands or Denmark.
LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS:
Please pack lightly. For International travel the first bag is free and second bag $100.
