Cancellations and postponements
Where postponement is an option, our team will work to rebook your trip for new dates within the twelve (12) months following your original arrival date. Please note that postponement requirements may vary between destinations and the supplying tour operators where we operate and we cannot guarantee an exact replication of your original itinerary. Elevate Destinations will do everything reasonably possible to provide the best available options for postponements and credited travel services. Please note that where postponement is not viable, Elevate Destinations will provide a travel credit for services, subject to any non-refundable deductions.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be made in respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the trip itinerary and the trip cost but not utilized by an individual traveler. Activities and accommodations in the trip itinerary may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Elevate Destinations’ control. Every effort will be made to have the trips operate as planned, but in the event of substituted or canceled activities or accommodations no refunds or reimbursements will be made by Elevate Destinations.
Travel Insurance
Guests must provide their own travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason Insurance (CFAR) policy that will cover COVID 19 related issues or any other unforeseen circumstance. If you add CFAR coverage, this must be done within 14-21 days of the first payment made on your trip. Please note that CFAR is currently unavailable to NY and WA residents.
Medjet
Elevate has partnered with Medjet, which offers premier air medical transport services globally and domestically. Their annual membership is another layer of protection for your travel plans and offers peace of mind for any unexpected medical event.
As of July 12, 2021, Medjet offers air transport for Covid 19 globally and domestically. They will get you to the hospital of your choice. To learn more or enroll, head to the Medjet Memberships site.
