We love an intimate department retreat that brings colleagues together, and we love it when large companies are doing all staff retreats and finally putting names to faraway faces! Yes, we can manage staff retreats of all sizes.

The earlier the better. We create a detailed timeline with deadlines and deliverables for each retreat. We calibrate this to our clients’ pressing priorities and timetables. An ideal timeframe is planning a year in advance, and announcing the save the date to employees about 11 to 10 months in advance. More granular details need to be available to staff about 6 to 4 months before the retreat so they have time to plan around this experience.
