Cancellations & Refund Policy
No refunds will be made in respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the trip itinerary and the trip cost but not utilized by an individual traveler. Activities and accommodations in the trip itinerary may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Elevate Destinations’ control. Every effort will be made to have the trips operate as planned, but in the event of substituted or canceled activities or accommodations no refunds or reimbursements will be made by Elevate Destinations.
Travel Insurance
Guests must provide their own travel insurance. It is a requirement to obtain health coverage that covers expenses, such as hospitalization, due to COVID-19 in the destination of travel.
We strongly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason Insurance (CFAR) policy that will cover COVID 19 related issues or any other unforeseen circumstance. If you add CFAR coverage, this must be done within 14-21 days of the first payment made on your trip. Please note that CFAR is currently unavailable to NY residents.
If you choose not to insure your trip, please read and sign the below statement.
Elevate Destinations is not a licensed insurance agency or advisor. You are welcome to purchase travel insurance through a travel insurance broker of your choosing or any of the companies listed below.
1. Yonder Insurance– You are welcome to purchase travel insurance through our partners at Yonder Travel Insurance. You can contact Yonder at hello@insureyonder.com or call at 855-358-6433 (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CT).
2. Travel Insurance Center – Dan Drennen is the representative who Elevate Destinations works with. To inquire with Dan about insurance policies he offers, you can reach him by email at dan@travelinsurancecenter.com or over the phone at 1-402-343-3621.
