Rotary WeCARe Trip to Poland & Romania

REGISTRATION & PRICING

To register, please complete a Registration Form by Monday, May 27.

Travelers may choose to register for either the Poland portion, Romania portion, or the entire trip. Please indicate your choice in the registration form, as you will be invoiced accordingly.

A deposit is required by May 3 to hold your spot on the trip and your final balance will be due by July 12, as outlined below.

  • Poland & Romania trip cost: $9,315
    • Supplement for a single room: $1,400
    • Deposit due at registration: $2,915 (plus $420 for single supplement)
  • Poland (October 14-21) only: $5,520
    • Supplement for a single room: $900
    • Deposit due at registration: $1,656 (plus $270 for single supplement)
  • Romania (October 21-26) only: $4,395
    • Supplement for a single room: $500
    • Deposit due at registration: $1,320 (plus $150 for single supplement)

Note: Payment is required upon registering to hold your spot on the trip. Payments are refundable, minus bank fees, before May 30. After May 30, all trip payments are non-refundable.

The main program begins on October 14 in Warsaw, Poland and ends on October 26 in Cluj, Romania. If you would like to arrive in Poland early or stay in Romania after the main program, please reach out to Yumi at yumi@elevatedestinations.com to arrange any additional nights of accommodation, which will be an additional expense.

Upload Your Passport: Upon registering, you will be asked to upload a scanned copy of your passport to this secure Dropbox folder. See more information on the Pre-Departure page.

  • Sightseeing, entrance fees, and activity costs
  • Grantee and site visits

Exclusions:

  • International round-trip flights, including inter-Europe flight from Warsaw to Bucharest
  • Travel and medical insurance
  • Lunch on arrival and departure day
  • Gratuity for airport transfers ($5-10 per person for each transfer), guides, and housekeeping staff
  • Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcohol etc.)
  • Alcohol
