REGISTRATION & PRICING

To register, please complete a Registration Form by Wednesday, December 18.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot on the trip and your final balance will be due by December 18, 2024, as outlined below.

  • Total Trip Cost: $11,000
  • Supplement for a Single Room: $2,000
  • 50% Deposit Deadline: December 4, 2024
  • Final Payment Deadline: December 18, 2024

Note: Payment is required upon registering to hold your spot on the trip. All payments are non-refundable.

The main program begins on March 13 in Turin and ends on March 21 in Rome. If you would like to arrive in Italy early or stay after the main program, please reach out to Abbey at abbey@elevatedestinations.com to arrange any additional nights of accommodation, which will be an additional expense.

Upload Your Passport: Upon registering, you will be asked to upload a scanned copy of your passport to this secure Dropbox folder. See more information on the Pre-Departure page.

Inclusions:

  • Shared accommodation (two travelers per room)
  • Airport transfers + Meet & Greet airport service
  • All ground transportation
  • Business class train from Turin to Florence
  • All meals inclusive of dinner on March 13 through breakfast on March 21, except for dinner on March 17 and 19, which are at your leisure and paid for individually. At included meals, 1 non-alcoholic beverage or 1 wine at lunch & 2 non-alcoholic beverages or 2 wines at dinner are included.
  • Group medical & evacuation insurance
  • Gratuity for guides, hotel and restaurant staff, and drivers
  • Drivers and local English-speaking guides throughout
  • Sightseeing, walking tours, entrance fees, & and activity costs
  • Audio headsets for all visits
  • Rotary activities and events

Exclusions:

  • International round-trip flights to Italy
  • Visa (if applicable)
  • Travel insurance to cover delays, trip interruption, or cancellation
  • Dinner on March 17 & 19
  • Lunch on arrival and departure day
  • Gratuity for airport transfers ($5-10 per person for each transfer) and housekeeping staff
  • Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcohol, etc.)
