A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot on the trip and your final balance will be due by December 18, 2024, as outlined below.

The main program begins on March 13 in Turin and ends on March 21 in Rome. If you would like to arrive in Italy early or stay after the main program, please reach out to Abbey at abbey@elevatedestinations.com to arrange any additional nights of accommodation, which will be an additional expense.

- All meals inclusive of dinner on March 13 through breakfast on March 21, except for dinner on March 17 and 19, which are at your leisure and paid for individually. At included meals, 1 non-alcoholic beverage or 1 wine at lunch & 2 non-alcoholic beverages or 2 wines at dinner are included.

- International round-trip flights to Italy

- Travel insurance to cover delays, trip interruption, or cancellation
- Dinner on March 17 & 19
- Lunch on arrival and departure day
- Gratuity for airport transfers ($5-10 per person for each transfer) and housekeeping staff
- Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcohol, etc.)
