We are seeking a strong Sales Associate who knows how to proactively curate and sell custom luxury trips to the destinations we serve . The ideal candidate is someone who will meet and exceed sales goals and expectations and be comfortable working in a goal-driven company where each sales team member manages their own book of business as well as takes leads generated through company marketing and sales efforts. As a new team member, it is expected that the candidate will already have a solid client database to sell to through the company. This teammate must be highly organized, decisive and reliable. We expect this person to have thorough knowledge of and a proven track record in Sales Management within a luxury travel company including expert destination knowledge of 2-3 regions, preferably Europe, Asia and Australia/ Pacific. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who can support our growing Social Impact Journeys program. The Social Impact Journeys Team partners with international nonprofits and foundations to manage and support the design of their donor trips and learning journeys. These trips cover a wide variety of issue areas and allow travelers to more deeply connect and engage with the people, the destination, and the mission. We seek a motivated self-starter who will bring previous logistical experience, sustainable practices, and introspection to our tightly-knit Group Travel team.
