MAKE THE DREAM OF A LIFETIME COME TRUE
As you travel with up to 14 family and friends to one of the most breathtaking regions in Africa and take up residence in a private Kenyan conservancy, Ol Jogi, which will be yours exclusively for the week.
In addition, private helicopters will be available to carry you to the stunning regions surrounding the property.
GET UNUSUALLY CLOSE TO WILD ANIMALS
One way is from within the house itself. Day or night, you can enter a secret underground tunnel that brings you literally to the feet of giraffes, elephants, hippos and many other species that visit the watering hole. Imagine standing so close to these creatures that you can hear them breathing.
Another way is at the Wildlife Rescue Centre. Because of the rescue and release services that Ol Jogi offers to threatened wildlife, you will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with several species of wildlife: elephants rescued from Zimbabwe, cheetahs brought in as orphans, a blind rhino, a lion rescued by the local community, and more.
For 35 years, Ol Jogi has operated as a private conservation sanctuary, currently hosting more than 50, or 6%, of the world’s remaining Eastern black rhino and 15% of the world’s remaining Grevy’s zebra, plus significant populations of the Big Five and several other endangered species.
Ol Jogi is one of the most remarkable private wildlife conservancies in Africa, a safe haven for the preservation and future development of wildlife conservation. Every dollar earned through hosting guests is 100% reinvested into conservation efforts. Your trip will make a substantial donation to the conservation and community. Your stay includes a $25,000 donation, which you will decide how to invest once you have visited Ol Jogi’s conservation and community projects.
OL JOGI’S MAIN HOUSE WAS TRULY DESIGNED TO BE A PRIVATE HOME
Nestled in one of the most extensive rock outcrops is Ol Jogi’s Main House and a series of luxurious, themed cottages surrounded by tropical gardens connected by streams and ponds. There are superb sports facilities, a swimming pool with its own island, a sumptuous spa with a masseuse on call at any hour, a hidden blind, underground wine cellar, and an organic garden. The individually designed cottage suites extend on either side of the Main House and include living rooms, large dressing rooms, huge bathrooms, and private outdoor terraces (some overlooking the waterhole where a constantly changing cast of animals come down to drink).
Ol Jogi blends luxury with an authentic and relaxed African bush experience and will become your home-away-from-home, where you have the freedom to do anything you wish. The art and antiques that fill the Main House and cottages are items that could never be found in a hotel. The décor is the result of decades of personally collecting fine sculptures and paintings and commissioning beautifully crafted furniture. Here, attention to detail is something you will never forget and rarely experience elsewhere.
