Your final balance will be due upon registration and no later than May 31.

Note: Payment is required upon registering to hold your spot on the trip. All payments are non-refundable.
The main program begins on Saturday, July 13 and ends on Saturday, July 20 in Kampala. If you would like to arrive in Uganda early or stay after the main program, please reach out to hailey@elevatedestinations.com to arrange any additional nights of accommodation, which will be an additional expense.
Upload Your Passport: Upon registering, you will be asked to upload a scanned copy of your passport to this secure Dropbox folder. See more information on the Pre-Departure page.

Exclusions:
- International round-trip flights to Uganda
- East African tourist visa ($100 application fee)
- Travel and medical insurance
- Lunch on July 13
- Dinner on July 20
- Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcohol etc.)
