ARRIVAL PROCEDURES:

Upon arrival at the airport, a representative will be waiting for you at Immigrations to accompany you through Immigrations, baggage claim, and customs. They will then direct you to your driver holding a sign that reads “Fair Trade” to be transferred to the hotel.
