Embark on a breathtaking 6-day trekking adventure through the stunning Dolomites, where you’ll explore pristine alpine landscapes, historic mountain huts, and charming villages.

The journey begins in Sappada, with scenic hikes toward iconic peaks like Mount Peralba and past serene alpine lakes. Along the way, you’ll immerse yourself in the region’s rich heritage, from World War I sites to the unique clock-making traditions of Pesariis. This unforgettable trek combines natural beauty, cultural discovery, and a sense of accomplishment in one of Italy’s most scenic regions.

  • Arrival - Sappada

    Upon arrival at Venice VCE airport, private group transfer to our accommodation in Sappada. Enjoy some time at leisure to unpack and relax before exploring the Upper Town, a charming historic area perched on a hilltop. Wander through narrow cobblestone streets, admire traditional wooden Alpine houses, and discover quaint squares and churches that reflect the town’s rich heritage.

    Gather at a local restaurant for a welcome dinner tonight.

  • Calvi Hut

    This morning, we offi cially begin our hike, heading north toward the majestic Mount Peralba via the Marmot Trail. After enjoying a picnic lunch along the way, we arrive at the Calvi Hut, situated at 7,110 feet. Here, you can choose to relax on the terrace with a warm drink or arefreshing beer while taking in views of some of the region’s most stunning peaks, or continue exploring historical sites from World War I,including caves carved into the 220 rock.

    In the evening, dinner is served at the hut, followed by overnight stay.

  • Wolayerseehütte

    This morning, we start our longest hike from Rifugio Calvi, winding through beautiful forests that pass streams, mountain trails, and ancientfarmhouses. We reach Lake Bordaglia at an altitude of 5,740 feet, where we enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by pristine nature. The lake lies within a larger natural reserve, home to diverse wildlife including deer, eagles, marmots, and chamois. After passing through the village of Pierabech, we continue to the Wolayerseehütte, where there is time to relax, enjoy the mountain scenery, and have dinner.

  • Marinelli Hut

    Our hike begins from the Wolayerseehütte. The trail winds gently through alpine meadows, crystal-clear streams, and wildflower-filled slopes, offering an immersive experience in the pristine mountain environment. Following the trail, we pass along the base of the Rauchkofel, a dramatic peak rising above the surrounding valleys. The path continues with panoramic views of Lake Wolayer and the surrounding peaks, before gently descending to the Rifugio Marinelli, a cozy mountain hut where hikers can rest and take in the breathtaking scenery. Dinner at the hut and overnight.

  • Pesariis

    We continue our itinerary between nature and authentic villages, characterized by homes with rooftiles that look like fish scales. Enjoy a picnic lunch before reaching the hamlet of Rigolato. From here, private transfer to Pesariis, a charming mountain village famous for its long tradition of clock-making. Known as the “Village of Clocks,” it features large outdoor clocks, a Clock Museum, and workshops that showcase centuries of local craftsmanship.

    Check in at our farmhouse, and gather at the hotel's restaurant for a festive farewell dinner.

  • Departure

    After breakfast and check-out, private group transfer to Venice VCE airport, or continue your adventure with a post-tour extension.

    Rifugio Calvi is a rustic but well-kept alpine hut offering simple beds, hearty meals, and stunning panoramic views of the Dolomites, ideal for hikers comfortable with basic amenities in exchange for unforgettable mountain scenery.

  • Wolayerseehütte

    Wolayerseehütte is a cozy, higher-altitude hut with modest dorm-style lodging, warm meals, and spectacular lake-and-peak views, perfect for hikers who appreciate comfort-balanced simplicity in a breathtaking alpine setting.

  • Rifugio Marinelli

    Rifugio Marinelli is a remote, no-frills alpine hut offering basic dorm accommodations, hearty local food, and sweeping high-mountain views—best suited for hikers who value rugged authenticity over comfort.
