Please note: Your flight from Morocco to Israel is included in your trip cost (economy class).
Extending Room Reservations: While the program begins on June 7, please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier and we can book you additional nights of accommodation for an extra cost, pending the hotel’s availability.
Flight Booking Assistance: If you would like assistance booking your flights, please contact Abbey (abbey@elevatedestinations.com) to introduce you to a flight booking specialist.
MEDICAL INSURANCE:
Elevate Destinations will purchase emergency evacuation coverage for you. This policy covers emergency evacuations due to medical, political, or natural disasters from June 7 – 12, 2025. This policy also provides $5,000 of emergency medical coverage. More details about this coverage are noted in this brochure.
This coverage does not include trip cancelation or interruption benefits and also does not cover pre- or post-trip days of travel booked outside of Elevate Destinations. We strongly suggest you purchase additional coverage to cover your non-refundable expenses in the event you need to cancel your trip or have additional expenses incurred on the trip.
Elevate strongly recommends purchasing additional travel and medical insurance and Cancel for Any Reason Coverage (CFAR) to cover trip related expenses. Please note that some CFAR insurance options are time-sensitive. Please be ready to purchase an insurance policy within 14 days of making your first trip payment.
If you would like to purchase additional medical insurance in the country of travel, below are two insurance brokers that Elevate Destinations recommends.

Phone Number: (402) 343-3621
Elevate Destinations is not equipped to answer specific questions on insurance. Please contact the insurance broker or company for specific information.
Please email Abbey (abbey@elevatedestinations.com) with a copy of your insurance policy that covers you in Morocco, including the policy number and your provider’s emergency phone number.
PASSPORT:
Please upload a scanned copy of the first page (photo page) of your passport to this secure Dropbox Folder.
For U.S. passport holders, a visa is not required for stays of 90 days or fewer for both Morocco and Israel. Please make sure your passport is current and valid for at least 6 months beyond your trip departure date. Your passport should have at least 2 blank pages for the entry and exit stamps, or more if you are visiting several countries on this trip. Note that the last two amendment pages are not acceptable for visas and immigration stamps.
If your passport expires before December 12, 2025, you will need to renew your passport. We recommend using A1 Passport & Visa Services. To do so, please email them at info@a1passportvisa.com and let them know you are working with Elevate Destinations on your travel arrangements.
VISA INFORMATION:
- Morocco: Citizens from the U.S. do not need a visa to visit Morocco.
- Israel: As of January 2025, all travelers must have a valid visa or ETA-IL approval to enter Israel. Please apply online (link here) in advance of your travels.
